Your tasks
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring excellent support and proactive engagement. Your role will combine customer service and inside sales tasks to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Customer Support Tasks:
• Communicate and correspond with customers, sales force, and internal departments.
• Forward customer RFQ´s and leads to the sales team.
• Provide administrative support.
• Handle incoming orders and ensure complete processing in SAP.
• Maintain customer data in SAP.
• Track and follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely shipment.
• Respond to various customer inquiries and manage correspondence.
Inside Sales Tasks:
• Perform proactive telephone marketing with new and existing clients.
• Support sales colleagues with appointment scheduling.
• Monitor call progress and maintain data in the CRM system.
• Research potential customers through various channels.
